• Nocturnist schedule: 7 pm - 7 am with a 7-day on / 7-day off block
• Average of 10 admissions per night with resident support
• Procedures include intubations, central lines, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and vents
• Part of the rapid response team and codes in an open ICU setting
