• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 12 - 15 patients per day
• After-hours call only 3 weeks per year
• Telephonic call coverage only
• Outpatient geriatric medicine focus
• Group practice setting
• Board-certified or board-eligible required
