+On-going salary of $292K +  (adjusted based on experience)

+Quality bonus of $12K yrly

+wRVU production bonus

=$320K to $400K yearly

*Full benefits to include malpractice, tail, CME, student support, relo, PTO(28-31 days), and $75K sign-on bonus
