• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Days, Nights
• ACLS and BLS required
• 250 - 300 deliveries per month and 6 - 10 procedures during 24-hours
• Epidural, spinal, general bread & butter/OR
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
