*Hospital Employed Structure

*Replace provider who recently left

*Defined need

*Call of 1:4

*Join 3 other OB/GYN's

*Practice in same clinic

*Expect 50-70 deliveries per year

*Level 1 nursery with pediatricians

*Can follow your patients if desired

*Be busy day one 

*Robot

*EPIC EMR

*Compensation(Salary based on MGMA + wRVU bonus + Quality)

*Earn $400K to $500K per year

*$50-$75K Sign-on / Stipend

*Nonprofit hospital
