Locum Tenens OBGYN: General Opportunity in Hammond, Indiana
We are a very rapidly growing FQHC in Northwest Indiana. We pride ourselves on being a flexible place of employment with an emphasis on work/life balance. We have schedules such as 5-8s, 4-10s, some longer days, some shorter, whatever works best for the provider, within reason. Being that we are a FQHC, we also can offer the HRSA loan repayment option for providers, the information is found here: https://nhsc.hrsa.gov/loan-repayment/nhsc-loan-repayment-program. Credentialing takes up to 3 months, and once the provider starts, we allow the provider to shadow multiple providers throughout our clinics and specialties to learn our culture, workflow, EHR (NextGen), etc. Below are the openings along with benefit information:
Salary: $330,000-$350,000, Vacation: 160 hours, Personal time: 40 hours, CME: 40 hours, allowance of $2500, medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance that is 1.5x the provider’s salary, short-term and long-term disability, a 401k plan that NorthShore matches up to 4%, FTCA malpractice insurance
