Our Company is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Physician to join our team. As a Geriatric Physician, you will provide specialized medical care to elderly patients, focusing on their unique healthcare needs and promoting their overall well-being. You will work in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and screenings for geriatric patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for specialized care
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in geriatric medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
