DESCRIPTION: 

·        Schedule: Tues-Fri, 8a-4:30p (rounding from 8-9, then clinic from 9-4:30)

·        Night Call: Tues-Fri, 4:30p-8a, 1:4

·        Weekend 24-hour call: 1:4

·        Procedures: If needed, bone marrow aspiration and biopsy.

·        EMR: EPIC

·        Additional information upon request

REQUIRED: 

·        IL state license; active, unrestricted

·        Board Certified Oncology will not consider BE or 3^rd year fellows.

·        ACLS, BLS

·        IL DEA/CSP

·        Covid vaccine

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·        Malpractice insurance provided
