Regional Hospital Recruiting BC GS in Longview TX

Community acute care hospital with 130 beds is recruiting a BC General Surgeon.  Both experienced candidates and new grads are invited to apply.  There are more than 30 fields of specialty served by the hospital.  Comprehensive services include everything from robotic surgery with state-of-the-art DaVinci 3-D surgical system, Open Heart surgery as well as the only MRI guided breast biopsy services in the community.  Hospital services include a dedicated unit for Geriatric care; Bariatric surgery, Cardiac rehab program; designated Level III Trauma services; extensive Occupational Medicine services to local industries; the area’s only Hospital-based skilled nursing facility; Sleep Lab; a $4.7 million Outpatient Diagnostic Imaging center with MRI and latest generation CT capabilities, and much more.  Anticipated call is 1:3 with a mix of inpatient and outpatient services.  Highly competitive recruitment package that includes Competitive salary (based on MGMA guidelines), Commencement Bonus, Great benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k), Student loan assistance and Relocation assistance.
