WE are searching for a BC/BE Otolaryngologist in Watertown New York.

Package Highlights:

•             Annual salary: $517,000, plus a WRVU productivity model

•             Signing bonus:  $50,000

•             Education Loan repayment:  $20,000 each year

•             Relocation reimbursement:  $10,000

•             4-year contract

Practice Highlights:

•             Hospital Employed, join a group of three other board-certified surgeons offering a wide spectrum of general and specialized ENT services

•             Call:  1:4, serving one hospital

•             Office conveniently located on hospital campus, with easy access to operating rooms and patient pavilion

•             Catchment population:  250,000

•             Large network of providers offering a strong referral base

•             Serving the military men and women from nearby Fort Drum, home to the 10th Mountain Army Division

•             Emergency ENT admissions provided by Hospitalist Service, with consult to ENT

•             Operating Rooms were newly constructed in 2010, two dedicated ENT operating rooms working back-to-back to enhance efficiencies, block scheduling

•             Established robotic surgery program since 2012, upgraded to da Vinci Xi in 2019 

•             Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs
