Opportunity: Join a successful kidney and pancreas transplant practice Function in a leadership role for the department Collaborate and coordinate the care of transplant patients and living donor patients with transplant staff, referring physicians and primary care physicians. Provide direct medical care to patients throughout the transplant continuum Develop and oversee policies Provide patient care in local and outside/outreach clinic locations Participate in on-call responsibilities as part of the Transplant Program team Participate in active clinical research protocols Desired Candidate will be fellowship trained in Transplant Nephrology Board certified/board eligible with two or more years experience Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients Team oriented with ability to provide personalized patient care and demonstrate clinical outcomes.
