Your New Practice… • Employed Full-Time by a Private Hospitalist Group Based Out of San Francisco • Work 91 Day Shifts and 91 Night Shifts - Paid at $1,500 per Shift ($273,000 a Year) • Opportunity to Pick Up Additional Shifts - Also Paid at $1,500 per Shift • 7-On/7-Off Schedule - Rotate with 3 other Hospitalists • Coverage at a 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital / ADC is 14 / No Procedures • Must be Comfortable Managing Vents • Full Benefits: 100% Premium for You & 80% for Dependents / 3-Year Shareholder Track / 401K – Up to $53,000 per Year • Paid Malpractice Insurance, $1,000 CME Allowance; Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance are Negotiable • Housing Provided During Your Shifts, in Addition to Sleeping Quarters in the Hospital
