* No. of physicians in the practice: 2 (Mid-levels: 0.5)

* No. of beds: 100; ICU: 16

* Trauma Level: III

* Lab and X-ray on-site

* No. of exam rooms: 2-4      

* Office equipment: Pill Cam

* Support Staff: 2 RN's and 3 MA's

* Hospital privileges required: Yes

* Time needed to obtain privileges: 60-90 days

* EMR: Epic

* Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
