Locum Tenens Anesthesiology Job in California

COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Anesthesiology (ANES)

• March start date
• 3-6 months of coverage needed
• Credentialing: 1-3 weeks, no interviews required
• Reason for coverage: New Contract

POSITION DETAILS Anesthesiology (ANES)

• Can work at 2 hospitals (separate facilities, will never be booked at both on same day)
• Looking for ~10 MD’s
• Cases: Vascular, Urology, Ortho, GI, EP lab,
• OB: 12/10/8-hour shifts
• Call: Yes - a first call doctor working 24 hours, a second call doctor and a cardiac call. All call is from home/hotel. Typical call back is for Epidurals, not a lot of surgeries. First and Second Call is roughly 1:6. Call back time is 30 minutes. First call covers OR and OB. Second call as needed.
